CILogon Service Update - PHP Service v3.4.0

NOW AVAILABLE FOR A TWO WEEK TESTING PERIOD.

On Tuesday, June 4, 2026, the CILogon Service at https://cilogon.org/ and https://cilogon.aaf.edu.au/ will be updated to PHP Service v3.4.0 (web front-end).

This release provides support for passing the OIDC "prompt" parameter to the "social" Identity Providers.
