CILogon Service Update - PHP 8.5 Upgrade

Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Scheduled - On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, the CILogon Service at https://cilogon.org/ and https://cilogon.aaf.edu.au/ will be upgraded from PHP 8.3 to PHP 8.5. There are no changes to the codebase.

The update is currently available for public testing at:
