One subscriber unable to get new SciTokens

After this morning's update to OA4MP v5.3.0, one of our subscribers was unable to fetch new SciTokens from https://cilogon.org/ . We have reverted https://cilogon.org/ to OA4MP v5.2.9 which has fixed the issue. We are investigating the cause.
